It depends on how you installed PHP to begin with.
If you used the default PHP installer it asks you during the installation procedure how you want to install PHP, as a CGI or as a module.

TimeTrex doesn't require anything fancy. Operating system wise we recommend whatever you are most comfortable with, other than that the latest version of both PHP and Apache are always your best bet. TimeTrex doesn't require Java so that isn't needed. Keep in mind you always have the option to go wi...

Even though we don't recommend using TimeTrex in a shared hosting environment, you could try: http://www.netnation.com We have worked with them in the past some, and they are an excellent hosting provider. Of course you will want to confirm you can install TimeTrex on their servers before you go wit...

Can you email support@timetrex.com a SQL dump from your database so we can try some diagnostics on our end here?
Also please include the exact user names and accrual policy that you feel is not working correctly.

On the day that you think their should be overtime, click on one of the punches (doesn't matter which) so the Edit Punch window opens. Then change debug verbosity to 11 in your timetrex.ini.php, then go back and press the Submit button on the Edit Punch page. This should output debug text to the scr...

We received your database dump, and we are still unable to replicate this issue on our end. We have our start week day set to Monday, and we see punches on Monday for virtually all employees. After you added the punch, have you tried just refreshing the TimeSheet page manually, without changing the ...

First, I recommend you upgrade to the latest version of TimeTrex. I will deal with Case 1 for now. How did you apply the exception policy? Did you recalculate employees timesheet after you setup the exception policy? TimeTrex does not retroactively apply policies, so you need to recalculate employee...
