Timezone Problem

I've managed to install Timetrex correctly, but on logon i get the following message and can't fix it:

WARNING: TimeTrex was unable to set your time zone. Please contact your TimeTrex administrator immediately.

I've set the timezone to africa/johannesburg (GMT +2).

Any help will be appreciated.

I've managed to fix it with another topic (download timezone info) and restart MySQL.
