Hi,

Does the php_cli binary come with a standard php install or does this have to be installed?

It really depends on how you installed PHP. With most distro's (ie: Mandrake/Mandriva or Debian) it is a separate package called:

php-cli

I am using Centos 4.3 which is the same as Red Hat enterpise 4.3

It appears that Centos 4.3 doesn't come with PHP5 out of the box, however from what I can see there is a "CentosPlus" repository of RPMs that has PHP5. Have a look at this page:

Hopefully that gets you on the right track.

Hi,

I installed php after setting it up but it is version 4.3.9 - so Timetrex requires PHP5??

Correct, TimeTrex requires PHP5.
