Restore with only the backup database

I only had a backup of the database. The computer it was on is gone now. I restored the database but if I try to log in it says invaild username and password. What can I do?

All passwords in TimeTrex are encrypted and the key is only stored in the timetrex.ini.php file, so if you don't have that you will need to reset all users passwords. To get logged in for the first time you can use the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page.

Now it comes up upgrading database and it is stuck at 97%
