COMPUTER (MAC) CRASHED, LOST HARD DRIVE, HOW TO CONTINUE

Post by innersense »

my mac crashed and i lost my hard drive. however i was able to find the timetrex folder on an external backup drive. how do i re-install the software on my new computer (iMac with OS X 10.7.5) and pick up where i left off? i have payroll to take care of and need to retrieve that information.

i did see some similar instructions for WINDOWS computers. i am looking for suggestions on MAC.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

If you don't have a proper backup of your computer restoring the TimeTrex database can be tricky and require an experienced IT professional, we recommend that you consider purchasing a support package so one of our support representatives can handle it for you.

i get that you are trying to sell your "support" package, but could you please just post the MAC version of the instructions that you have posted for WINDOWS users in the help section. you've already posted the instructions for WINDOWS, just not MAC. please help.

thank you
