"TimeTrex system requirement check has failed! Please contact your TimeTrex administrator immediately to re-run the TimeTrex installer to correct the issue"
Hi shauwn/Support,
we experienced this error as well
we run it on ubuntu 12.04 almost 5 month since we upgrade to version 7 we did not encounter this issue but this week we encountered it and seem weird since we use .bin version for installation and not using .zip as you stated on other discussion that causing conflict
Kindly please advise what i should do
Thanks in advanced

Re: TimeTrex system requirement check has failed! Ubuntu 12.
Your cron jobs aren't running as the same user TimeTrex is installed as so its causing a permission conflict.
Re: TimeTrex system requirement check has failed! Ubuntu 12.
This is the cron we run on system :
/home/asiaxxx/TimeTrex/php/bin/php /home/asiaxxx/TimeTrex/timetrex/maint/cron.php >> /dev/null 2>&1
should i change the other cron jon or we just add another cron job ?
Please advise

You don't need to add another one, just modify your existing one to make sure its running as the same user that your web server runs as, or follow the instructions provided when you installed TimeTrex.
