Invalid Message/Body Length

Post by burleighss »

I keep getting this error after my upgrade to 7.3.5. This is the first usage of the flex interface, as we were using the legacy interface before the upgrade.

Any idea why this is happening?

Whenever I try to type a request, regardless of the message length, it gives the error of "Invalid Message Length"

Requests must be at least 5 characters in length before you try to send them. If the validation error is not going away after you have entered more than 5 characters, just click on a different field (like the date field), then click back on the message field to see if that forces an update.

Looks like that is the case. I had tried writing out a larger message before, and got the same error. I have since rebooted my server and timetrex services a few times, and it seems to have fixed itself.

Sorry for the double post earlier, I wasn't sure how the forums worked :)

Thanks for the help!
