Is the linux installer updated?
The Postgres Sql is had not started. Any help on starting postgres sql manually.

You can run the "start" script in the TimeTrex installation directory to start the services.
If you are using a modern Linux distribution, we recommend using the manual installer instead though, that way you can use the services (Apache, PostgreSQL, PHP) that come with your Linux distribution. This way you also have more flexibility and control over the services.
