Checksum version DOES NOT match

My autoupdate is failing with the following:

Last time this failed (last update), I upgraded by hand. In fact, I've yet to have this feature work. Any ideas?

That sounds like the auto-upgrade wasn't able to extract all its files properly and therefore was half v8.0 and half v8.0.1. If that happens usually it has to do with permission issues or lack of free space.
