TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I would like to move our community supported installation to the cloud and would like to use my existing DNS pointer.
Currently if I point my DNS CNAME record to our assigned instance ondemand2002.timetrex.com or an A record to the resolved IP address all I get is "Nothing to see here"

Is there a way to add my URL to your servers to provide easy access to our users?

Due to security reasons it is not possible to use our Cloud hosted service with a custom URL.

You could however redirect over to the proper URL.
