Setting Up TimeTrex On Multiple Computers

Hi I am new to TimeTrex and I am sure you can do what I am needing to do but I am unable to figure it out. I would like to have TimeTrex on multiple computers on for everyone to clock in on and the one here in my office that I can use to manage things from. I have installed TimeTrex on both computers now but I am unsure how to connect them I guess where they are getting the same information. For instance when I add a new employee/volunteer from my computer then try to log them on from the other computer I do not find them. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
