role does not exist

Hi. I'm about to install TimeTrex windows installer(Communitty edition) to a Windows Server 2008 R2 System. I got this installer from --> https://www.timetrex.com/onsite-community?step=download

It has 2 errors which are these:
(First) Error 1: Error running C:\TimeTrex/vcredist_x86_2015_vc140.exe /q /norestart : Program ended with an error exit code

(Second) LOG: database system was interrupted; last known up at 2017-06-21 14:03:18 HKT
LOG: database system was not properly shut down; automatic recovery in progress

LOG: invalid record length at 0/16F7950
LOG: redo is not required
LOG: MultiXact member wraparound protections are now enabled
LOG: database system is ready to accept connections
LOG: autovacuum launcher started
FATAL: role "libkr" does not exist

I uploaded the 2 printscreens about these errors.

Are you running the install when logged in as a windows Administrator?

That problem above is already resolved (I think). They give me permission. Now, I got stucked again in this problem. Please help me.

Please do a full uninstall of TimeTrex and make sure the c:\timetrex directory is completely removed, then re-install from scratch when logged in as an Administrator.
