When migrating servers you need to make sure you copy the timetrex.ini.php file from the original server to the new one and only change the minimum necessary information. If you change things like the "salt" value which is used to encrypt sensitive information (such as passwords), you will lose access to all encrypted data.

Hi..

Thanks for the update. But I followed the same procedure as specified in the below link
https://help.timetrex.com/v9.0/communit ... lation.htm

I copied the line which starts from Salt that was available in timetrex.ini.php file of old server to timetrex.ini.php file in new server.

Please guide further.

I'm guessing that you have missed a step or done something incorrectly then. You may want to retry the migration from scratch and confirm that you follow all steps exactly.

Hi..

Again followed the steps as specified and still I am not able to login with the user ID and password. It says incorrect user ID and password. Can you please guide how to login into Timetrex portal.
As specified in my previous post I am able to login to previous machine but not to new server.
Please help.

Please send screenshots showing each operation/step that you have complete and what the output is so we can see where things are going wrong.
