upgrade

I have a unique problem.
I have a server that has Hyper-V installed on it and I then proceeded to split it up and on one of the partitions I had installed windows server and timetrex.
One day my partition vanished, gone like magic, Its just not there but I still can log into timetrex via the IP address that it was, so now I cannot got to the timetrex directory so im stuck I cannot upgrade and Im stuck on version 9.1.2.
Can I upgrade though the web interface
