TimeTrex Stack Components are out of date

Hello all,
It looks like our timetrex program needs an update. We get a message logging in that says "timetrex stack components are out of date" We think we need to do a manual update but please correct me if I am wrong. We do not see anywhere to get the correct installation files. Could someone point us in the right direction?
If responded to by a TimeTrex employee could you provide a document outlining how to update the program and clear this message?
