TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I'm having problems trying to update my TimeTrex to the lastest version. Can someone advise what I should do. Thank you.

Running on a Windows 10 pc
Browser is Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Old TimeTrex ver. is 9.0.12-20160411-195944

This is the error message I get.

You're TimeTrex stack components are too old to upgrade in a single step. Try upgrading to v11.0.2 first with the below installer, then from there going to the latest v12.X:
