Does anyone know how to schedule an automatic backup of the database?
Also, I think I messed up by database_backup.bat or whatever it's called.
Could someone post the code?

You can use Windows Task Scheduler to schedule automatic backups.
The backup_database.bat file is customized to each installation. You shouldn't be making any changes to this file for several reasons, one of which is each time you upgrade versions it gets overwritten.
This is also how you can recover it, upgrade your TimeTrex version.

TimeTrex itself will normally alert you to a new version. But you get go Help -> About and click the Check For Updates button. Downloading it from our website is always the latest version too.
You can "upgrade" to the current version you have installed without any negative effects as well. That should restore the backup_database.bat as well.
