We have been using TimeTrex for a couple months now without an issue. Sunday March 11, 2007 Canada and the US switched to Daylight Saving time. All of our servers have switched times on the system and Hardware level but TimeTrex is still showing Eastern Standard time.
How would we go about getting TimeTrex to recognize the change to Eastern Daylight Time?
Found the error of our ways. When HR set the employee's up they were set to EST instead of Canada Eastern so the TimeTrex system did not set the time properly. We are changing employee's to Canada Eastern and the time is correct.
