Any help figuring out what this might mean. I did delete the duplicate user_date records in my database right after this message came into my mailbox.

Nothing obvious sticks as far as what the problem is. Are you still having the duplicate user_date row issues though? Those can definitely cause all sorts of weird issues.

no. Ever since I removed the other cron job its been fine. The only emails I got were today which was the beginning of a new pay period. Not sure if the duplicate rows just caused that error.
