There seems to be some code in TimeTrex that allowed Advance Payments to employees? Is this option not available? Are advances now made through Pay Stub Ammendments?
Thanks

It was an old feature that we phased out.
It was called "Monthly + Advance", where employees were on a monthly pay period, however in Canada you are required by law to pay employees every 2 weeks, so what they would do is pay them an "estimated advance" half way through the month that didn't have any taxes or deductions taken off. They would then include that amount in the final pay at the end of the month and take taxes off at that time.
Kind of like a hybrid pay period schedule, between semi-monthly and monthly.
It was pretty convoluted and rarely used. Normal advances are entered into TimeTrex with pay stub amendments, and paid out separately.
