Occasionally an employee will clock in (or out) and timetrex will enter it twice; the second will be exactly one minute later than the first. Naturally this messes up their next clock in or out.
Also lately, they have clocked in (or out), they have checked their time sheet to make sure it registers and it has. When they go back to look at their timesheet later, it will not be there. This has happened to a couple of employees recently. It was working just fine previously. Any solutions?
