Other Policies?
Here in new york for a construction company you need to keep the hours for Commercial, Residential, and Concrete work separate. Is there any way to do this in timetrex? I need it for workmans compensation because they charge differently for the different typs of work.
There are several ways you can separate the hours.
You can setup different branches or departments for each type of work, or if you are using the Professional Edition of TimeTrex you can create jobs for each job/project employees are working on, and group those jobs into Commercial/Residential/Concrete.
Once you have separated the time out, you can easily get reports for each category/group of hours. Of course if you are using job costing you can get all sorts of other reports and benefits as well.
