Showing duplicate accrual policies

Post by jjoelc »

I noticed something odd today. I went to look at the accrual policies (There should just be two, vacation and sick) and there were 45... There are 11 "Sick" policies, and the remaining 34 are "Vacation". They all appear to be duplicates of the actual "Sick" or "Vacation" policy with identical updated dates, and contents if I view them. If I try to delete any of them, I get a message box saying the policy is in use.

Out of curiosity, I went to take a look at the database, and the accrual_policy table only list 2 rows (what I assume to be correct) one each for sick and vacation.

Running:
Community Edition 7.0.0-20130517
PostgreSQL database
Windows Server 2003 OS
Installed from windows installer all-in-one

I have attached screenshots.

We suggest an upgrade to the latest version of the Community Edition (7.1.0). This may resolve the issue you're encountering.

You can get it here: http://www.timetrex.com/download.php
The latest version can be installed directly over your current installation.

I will get it installed and let you know.

The issue doesn't appear to be affecting the calculations or application of accruals.. I just thought it was odd, and I could see it becoming a mess n a hurry if we needed to make a change to an accrual policy.
