Saved Report Times Out After Upgrade

I think it was the up grade at least. It's a new problem anyway, and I just upgraded to teh latest version last week. After clicking on teh "Saved Reports" button I get teh dark window with "Processing, then "Downloading", then "Network Timeout" with the spinner still going.

Any ideas?

Actually I just realized that it's not just memorized reports. No reports are working.

Please download TimeTrex v7.2.1 and install that again, it should correct your issue.

Thnks Shaun, after I realized it was all reports I searched again and found that answer. And it worked.

Hi - can you please specify what solution worked? I'm having this same issue again with reports

Please download and install the latest version of TimeTrex as it should correct your issue:
