Overtime in pay period

Hello all.

I am having problems with the overtime calculation due to the start of the week did not match with the start of pay period,
our pay period is semi monthly and the OT occurs if the employee works more than 8hrs per day or 88 hrs per pay period.

For example :

start date : 01 Feb 2014 (Saturday)
end date : 15 Feb 2014 (Saturday)

But in timesheet the week starts on monday Jan 27th to Feb 2nd.

The are a way to configure the OT week range to start with the pay period (1-15, 16-30........)?
