Hello;
The non-profit theatre that I work for only has casual employees. When building a schedule we don't use the recurring schedules section because shifts are not in a fixed pattern.
When entering in schedule data into TimeTrex I am wondering if there is a function of TimeTrex that warns you when the employee is scheduled in such a way that they would be earning overtime so that we can correct it to prevent any additional expenses.
That is if I schedule Employee A so that he is working more than 48 hours in one week TimeTrex would produce some sort of warning indicating that the schedule for Employee A will result in overtime.
I am trying to find this functionality in TimeTrex Community Edition. If it doesn't exist then please consider this a feature request.
Thanks;

Scheduling Overtime Warning/Exception
Re: Scheduling Overtime Warning/Exception
Although not a "warning" message or pop-up you can configure the Schedule View to display the hours scheduled for a range of dates.
