We have set up the qualifications that we need through the HR section (of the Community Edition) I can't find though were I can associate Employees with these qualifications. We originally installed TimeTrex in 2012 and have kept upgrading ever since. Is there some sort of permission rebuild that needs to happen in order to properly access these features? If so, how can I do it?

Disregard my question after some more digging I actually found the answer.
To assign a qualification, first make sure you have the qualification entered into the system. Next click on Skills and select the user and the qualification.
