Possible cause of the "Out punches cannot occur ..." error

I am evaluating the latest version of Timetrex for use inside our organization, I have been setting up employee data and recurring schedules for every employee group, also Pay Stub schedules are setup.

However during testing I have found a problem that blocks me from starting production with Timetrex. In my tests when I want to Punch in and out an employee out of schedule, an error appears :

Out punches cannot occur before an in punch, in the same punch pair (a)

I have scheduled work for this employee from 08:15 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30 and I am testing punches like the ones on this screenshot :



And while entering a test punch-out I found this error :



What could be the cause of this error ? Is there some settings that am I missing ?

Also, the spanish translation of the interface is really incomplete, is there an online effort (like github) where I can contribute to it ?
