Accrual Import

I am using the online/community edition and am trying to import accruals. I've looked at the example CSV format, etc. and my file follows the same format.

However, when I go to assign my mappings, the "Field" select column does not have a choice to assign the Accrual Account (or Accrual Policy? as shown in the online example).

The field choices are:
User Name
Employee #
SIN/SSN
Type
Amount
Date

I've got data for each of these fields, and that seems to be reading correctly, as the "Sample Row" shows the data from my CSV file. I also have Accrual Account Column. However, there is no field choice for the Accrual Account (or Accrual Policy).

When I continue through the import procedure, Step 5 says "Data verification successful". Step 6 says import failed. In the reason for failure listing, the Row is listed as "unknown", the File Column is listed as "unknown", the Field is listed as "accrual_policy_account_id", and the Message says "Please select an accrual account".

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
