State withholdings not calculating on paychecks

My problem is that state withholdings are not calculating on my paychecks. I have already verified that the tax item has been assigned for each employee. How do I fix this problem?

In order for us to assist you with your issue please post a copy of an employee's pay stub that is experiencing the problem as well as a screenshot of their Tax tab which can be found by clicking Employee -> Employees.

Federal taxes are not calculating on our check stubs. Please tell me what I am doing wrong or is it a problem with the programming.

Its likely that the employee hasn't earned enough to have federal tax taken off. You can test by increasing their wage significantly and re-generating their pay stub if you like.
