Hi,
I can't seem to figure out why all other entries do not reflect on the Pay Stub except for the Regular Time. Please help me figure out what other Policies that I have to setup or check to reflect all.
Thanks.
Undertime, Overtime not calculated in Pay Stub Generation
Re: Undertime, Overtime not calculated in Pay Stub Generatio
If the time is not considered paid, it won't appear on a pay stub, so check Policy -> Pay Codes and make sure the pay codes have a Pay Stub Account assigned to them, and that they are paid, as well make sure the Pay Formula Policy has a non-zero wage associated with it.

Ok, so does it mean if an Employee is salaried monthly with fixed amount and they have Absences or say Undertime on their assigned schedules, it won't show on their Paystub?
For example in the screenshots their is 23 unit supposed to be deducted according to their salary.

Re: Undertime, Overtime not calculated in Pay Stub Generatio
If it affects their pay stub it will appear on the pay stub. So for salaried employees only "Paid (Above Salary)" and "Dock" Pay Codes will affect their pay stub, assuming a Pay Formula is also associated with it that is of a non-zero rate. Of course a Pay Stub Account also needs to be specified.

Thanks for the quick reply.
What should be the correct Pay Formula Policy in the case of the Unpaid Leave/Absence.
I have included below screenshots for my setup which does not work currently.

Try using a rate of "1.0" rather than "-1.0"

Thanks! it's now calculating.
I have another question but I will have to create a new topic since it's not particularly mentioned based on my subject title.
