Missing In and Out data on Employee timesheet printout/pdf

I am including the example of our (16th) employee, the in and out punch and times are missing causing the worked time to not be there also but as you can see "regular time" is accurate...

The employee timesheet before you select print > detailed, looks fine and has a couple S4 and S5s but everything else is there and the employee is assigned to a pay period...

How would I resolve this issue, where the in and out times are printed on the PDF/ detailed printout employee time sheets?

Can you please include a screenshot of the timesheet itself please?
