My phone says I am not authorized to punch in or out from this station...

You must speak directly with your system administrator in order to resolve this issue, as this is something that they can setup.

I am the system administrator. None of our log ins work. The url for the app is also incorrect.

The TimeTrex Mobile app is only designed to work with TimeTrex Professional Edition or higher, not the Community Edition.

Hello. What about using the web browser of an Android Smartphone to access the regular web portal of TimeTrex and then doing the punch-in and punch-out?, should that be possible with the Community Edition of TimeTrex?
I am getting the "You are not authorized to punch in or out from this station" when I try to do punch-in through the regular web page using an Android phone.

The Community Edition doesn't support mobile devices at all currently.
