Hello,
How do I set-up TimeTrex so that managers may only see and extract schedule and attendance (as reports) of their own subordinates?
With how I set it up, the managers can see all the records - schedule and attendance of other managers' subordinates. Please see my set-up in photo attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to setup a hierarchy that defines the superior/subordinate relationships, then assign the superiors to the Supervisor (Subordinates Only) Permission Group. That will limit them to only seeing their subordinates defined in the hierarchy.
