Not Authorized To Punch In/Out

I'm trying to set it up so I can clock in and out from a smartphone web browser. But it keeps saying "Not Authorized". It works fine from my desktop computer. I'm not using an app just a web browser. I can login just fine but not clock in or out. Please help.

Unfortunately mobile devices are not supported in the Community Edition.
