Unable To Create Pay Period Schedules

Hoping someone can shed some light. When I attempt to create a Pay Period Schedule, the screen refreshes as if it saved and then returns to the Pay Period Schedule screen without actually creating the Pay Period Schedule. Any thoughts on why it's doing this and how to fix?

Can you please include a screenshot showing the values for each field that you are using prior to clicking Save?

I figured out the issue. It had to do with my mySQL timezones table not being updated. Once I corrected the TimeZone issue I was able to successfully create the pay periods.
