Locked Pay period

My employees says they cant punch in / out, the message is pay period is locked. When trying to change status from closed to open or post adjustment, I get msg ' invalid status,unable to lock or close before the end of pay period'

Pls help

Can you go to Payroll -> Pay Periods and send us a full uncropped screenshot of that screen?

You have pay periods in the future that are closed, once a pay period is closed that tells TimeTrex that no changes can be made to that pay period anymore. You will need to edit your December and November pay periods and change the status to "Post Adjustment".

Thanks for your reply, we are unable to do edit 'Post Adjustment', what do we do ?

Please provide more details or screenshots. Are you receiving any error messages?

In that case you will need to delete that pay period and re-create it.
