Overnight punches

Post by kobonl »

If an employee scans in at 22h and scans out the next day at 2am, Timetrex considers this as an exception.

But can Timetrex handle overnight shifts? How?

Yes, TimeTrex can handle 24hr or longer shifts spanning midnight without a problem. Please post a screenshot of an example employees timesheet showing the problem.

Try clicking the 2:00AM punch and dragging it up to just below the 18:00 punch, that should pair the two together and resolve the issue.
