Hi, I was wondering how I can set up a report to only view certain employees vs all employees.so like if I have a group of employees from department A wants to see their total hours worked for the month. how can single out those specific employees to run the report on just them?

if the last post here was a bit confusing I'm basically asking if you are able to run a report on specific people vs a specific pay or time period or department group to attain total hours worked. or would I have to place the specific people I wanted to run the report on into their own separate group to be able to do this?

if this feature isn't a part of timetrex can someone please let me know so I can make a feature request. because being able to run reports on a small group of people is a lot easier to look at versus a listing of all people in the system that has worked during the pay period or day month year etc...

or if such feature does exist where you can run a report based on more than 1 person and where you are able to select what specific people you run the report on does already exist please let me know how to do this.

You could most likely use the "Employee Include" selection spot in the reports.

Thanks for this information this is exactly what I was looking for. For anyone else who is trying to run reports based on specific people, this is located on the Setup tab underneath the fields drop down.
