None of the administrators or employee users can login to community edition TimeTrex. Help!

Specifics of the Issue:
- Installed and used on a Ubuntu based system - Kubuntu 14.04 for nearly 1 year.
- No upgrades, updates, or shut-downs as the issue started in the middle of the workday.
- TimeTrex produces no visible pop-up messages - just returns the user to the login page.
- Pop-up messages still produced if incorrect login is applied.
- Hosting system is shut-down at times, but wasn't the case at the time of the issue.
- TimeTrex is used on local intranet access.
- System has been shut-down several times, but no recovery after three days.

It appears that you are able to login successfully, however your web browser is not sending the necessary data back to TimeTrex to verify your session, so it thinks you aren't actually logged in.

Can you try clearing your web browsers cache and cookies to see if that makes a difference?

I understand you logic, but this is accessed by multiple users on different computers and all with the same issue. I did clear the cache and cookies as suggested, but I still am not able to obtain login access. Also, I tried to use Chrome browser and the same issue occurs.

Any other suggestions - this is the fourth day and I think this is the last post I am allowed today. I need access as one request for an employee pay stub is a legal one.

Thank you!

If this issue is urgent and you need it resolved as soon as possible, I would recommend that you consider purchasing a support package and one of our support staff would be able to connect directly to your TimeTrex server to troubleshoot the issue further. For more information you can contact our sales department.

As it stands right now, according to the log you sent me, TimeTrex does not appear to be receiving any cookies from your web browser, therefore it can't confirm that you are logged in.
