Checksum Error

As directed, we are all set to upgrade timetrex but ran into a checksum error. How should we proceed?
10.0.2 to 10.1.0 (Images attached).

There is a permission issue which needs to be resolved first, but the checksum error is often caused by a permission issue as well where when unzipping the file its not able to overwrite some existing files, which leaves some files in v10.0.2 and some files in v10.1.0.
