Make Saved Reports Viewable to Employees

I have a punch summary report that I would like my employee to print each week but it's not showing in the Saved Reports window. How do I enable him to see it?

Saved reports are private and only visible by the person who originally saved them.

However the Professional Edition of TimeTrex has the ability to share saved reports with other employees so they can view them as well. See the following link for a full list of features available in the Professional Edition:
