Humpf!

Timetrex Community Edition.

We will implement timetrex after accruals have been earned. How does a Manager "top off" an employee's accrual bank? What needs to be turned on for employee "see" their accrural balance?

By default employees can see their accrual balance under Attendance -> Accrual Balances, unless you have customized the permissions to deny such access.

As for "top off" an accrual, I'm not sure what you mean. Accruals can be adjusted manually (under Attendance -> Accruals), or automatically by way of an Accrual Policy or other policies.

What would a accrual policy look like if the individual earns 1 day (7.0 hours) every 4 months unlocked on the 1st day of the 4th month?
