Missing Schedule Entries from a Recurring Schedule

Hi there,

Running on version 10.1.3, and we have a small subset of employees who are missing their recurring scheduled hours on the week of May 1 -7 when I look at the Schedules view. The hours are there for the Sunday only , but are missing from the other days of the week (M-Sa). The other weeks are fine and the hours show as normal. Is there a way to force the schedule to regenerate to fill those days as per the recurring schedule?

Looked in the audit records, can't find anything to correlate what happened to these missing days, or even when this originally happened.

Can you go to Attendance -> Recurring Schedules and send us an uncropped screenshot of that screen? Also include an uncropped screenshot of Attendance -> Schedules showing the shifts that are missing.

Sorry, grabbed the wrong schedule 1... but the one I uploaded shows this it is working other weeks....

From the screenshots that you provided the following employees are affected by the issue that you described:
Robin Rodriguez
Shona Mercer
Tracie Woods
Isavel Rivera
Brandie Davis
Carole Meehan

Please provide us with uncropped screenshots of the Attendance -> Recurring Templates settings for each one of those employees.

Please choose one of the employees experiencing the schedule problem. Edit and Save their Recurring Schedule without making any changes and then let us know if that resolves your issue.
