Why is login not working on Mobile Device

General support regarding TimeTrex, such as
configuring policies/taxes or processing payroll.

Why is login not working on Mobile Device

It seems that whenever you try and load the system using an iPhone it doesn't bring up the login screen, just a blank page.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix?

What version of TimeTrex are you running?

If you go to the following URL on your iPhone, does it come up for you?

I am using the Community Edition which just actually automatically updated overnight.

I've checked the demo link and confirm that it comes up with the Quick Punch login screen.

It doesn't actually look like quick punch is enabled on my edition. How do I do this?

Any advise?

The Quick Punch functionality is only available in paid editions of TimeTrex, however in the Community Edition it should show you the regular login screen for you at least.

I just tested it again and its working for me.

If you wish to provide more details we will be happy to help you further. Helpful information would be the exact version (ie: v10.6.3) of TimeTrex that you are using and a screenshot including the full and exact URL of the login screen from a regular desktop web browser as well as what you see from a mobile device, and what the specifics of the mobile device are (make/model and OS version).
