Dear all,

I installed Timetrex and used it for a while. Now I am getting the following error:

TimeTrex is unable to connect to its database, please make sure that the database service on your own local TimeTrex server has been started and is running. If you are unsure, try rebooting your server.

I checked via pgAdmin that DB is fine and connection can be established.

OS - Centos 7
TimeTrex version 11.1.4
PHP version 5.4.16
PostgreSQL server version 10

I saw on forum that changing installer_enabled from FALSE to TRUE might help.

I did this and got error as well

Connection to server as non privilege user is failed.

I have attached screen shots.

Not much else to say other than TimeTrex can't connect to your database. You will want to start by confirming the hostname, username, password or database name is correct, or check that connections aren't being blocked by a firewall.
