Hi,
I'm having an issue with Requests that I hope you can help me with. I've had a couple of requests, authorised them, but then found that they are still showing up as pending.
this shows 2 pending requests. When I click it I get the following show that there are no pending requests (even if I clear search filters and search again):
If I go to My Account >> Requests, it lists 3 items as Pending:
and if I open one it appears to be authorised already:
please can you help?

How many levels of superiors do you have in your hierarchy?

Haha, you beat me to it Mike!
I just realised it was because I had set someone else higher up as a supervisor.
In that case, do both people have to authorise requests or just the highest level?

Superiors at different levels must all authorize the request, however superiors can drop down to lower levels and authorize on behalf of those lower level superiors if needed.
Superiors at the same level share responsibilities on a first come, first serve basis.
