If you assign employees to the permission group "Regular Employee (Manual Punch)", then they can manually add/edit/delete their own punches however they wish.

ok.
but is it possible to change or edit whole month in/out time of a employee by admin at one time. not day by day.

Yes, using the menu along the top of screen go to: Attendance -> Punches, then you can select multiple records and click the "Mass Edit" icon.
