LDAP failure

We currently use the on-prem community edition to track time for our student workers, but wanted to take a look at the cloud hosted version.

I have registered and am able to log in with the initial administrator, but I'm not able to get LDAP working. We use Let's Encrypt certificates on our external-facing read-only domain controllers, and use other services such as Rave, ILLiad, Galaxy Digital, and Slate CRM with this set up, so we have it working for other services.

I don't see an area where I can view the LDAP log to see what the issue is, but I'm wondering if TimeTrex doesn't support the Let's Encrypt certificate authority?

The SSL certificate shouldn't have anything to do with, however if you are using LDAP with SSL, the LDAP server domain needs to be prefixed with "ldaps://"
