Errors

Hi! I'm getting 2 errors when I launch Timetrex. One is a red banner at the top of the page that says "Timetrex system requirement check has failed. Please re-run the installer to correct this issue." The other is a window that says "Error" " Internal Server Error" The server encountered an error and was unable to complete your request." What needs to be done?

Please enable logging as per the above mentioned FAQ, then login to TimeTrex again so you can see the errors. Please attach a screenshot showing the errors as well as a copy of your timetrex.log file.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing any obvious in the log file. Are there any other older log files that you could attach as well perhaps? Do you know roughly when the error started occurring?

Started yesterday with the red banner, but the server error one started a couple of weeks ago. Please see attached older log file

You will need to set "installer_enabled = TRUE" in your timetrex.ini.php, then re-run the web installer (usually an icon in the Start menu, or point your browser to: <domain>/interface/install/install.php ) to run another system requirements check to see specifically what the issue is.
